“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it”

“A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced. ”

“We all enjoyed the animals especially Barbara the sheep. The hot tub was delightful. Wandering in the acreage in the bushland just perfect. ”

“They didn’t give us instructions on how to enter the property. These instructions were inside the property which made check in very tricky. One of the freezers was overflowing with ice so want closed when we arrived and we wasted time dealing with this. The property managers should communicate this better. I would be back however, the property itself was very nice and we had a nice stay. ”

“Property needs a lot of TLC, pool was not swimmable and amenities were poor. We mowed some of the lawn so we could enjoy the outdoor area. Owner was responsive and compensated as we could not use the pool. ”

“Die accomodation an sich war perfekt. Wunderschön gelegen, tolles Ambiente, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kommunikation über die dazwischengeschalteten Portale (Expedia -> stays -> FeWo und wie sie alle heissen); Völlig verwirrend, Kommunikationslinks funktionieren nicht. Direkte Kontaktaufnahme wird künstlich erschwert. Mit ein wenig Recherche gehts dann doch. In komme sicher wieder, aber dann wird direkt beim Gastgeber gebucht!”
